Ken Barlow

I’m Co-founder and CTO at Allset, shipping production AI. I’ve been writing code professionally since 2004, across several different engineering roles. Most recently a decade as Principal Engineer where I cut millions from the annual cloud bill, made production systems more reliable and scalable.

My focus is production AI architecture on AWS: voice and agentic systems on Bedrock, multi-tenant patterns and cost attribution, inference cost and model selection, cloud cost optimization.
